Senior Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with executive leadership, the full-time Senior Investor Relations Manager will build and manage an efficient investor relations program, focusing on investor engagement, financial modeling, and process automation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track consensus and sell-side analyst models to provide actionable insights to executive leadership
• Manage buy-side investor communications and coordinate events such as conferences and roadshows
• Analyze IR CRM data to prioritize outreach to existing shareholders and prospective investors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience, with 8+ years in equity research, FP&A, accounting, audit, or investment banking
• Experience in building and maintaining integrated financial models, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Strong understanding of corporate valuation methodologies and market dynamics
• Outstanding project management skills with the ability to standardize processes
• Technical proficiency with financial tools and automation platforms, such as FactSet, AlphaSense, and IR CRMs
