Senior Investor Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Investor Reporting Analyst will prepare and reconcile monthly investor reports, manage cash movements, and respond to inquiries related to investor reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and remit funds associated with monthly loan activity to investors
- Perform pool to security reconciliations and analyze cash movements to resolve variances
- Manage relationships with GSE and non-GSE representatives regarding servicing and investor reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related experience in investor reporting or financial analysis
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae reporting and reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with a solid mathematical aptitude
- Experience with Fiserv, Business Objects, or Monarch is a plus
