Senior iOS Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the Ethena Pay app end-to-end, the fully remote Senior iOS Engineer will manage the development and release of a polished money experience, ensuring high-quality standards and leading the technical direction for mobile applications.
Key responsibilities
- Write and ship the majority of the Ethena Pay app, focusing on critical surfaces and overall polish
- Coordinate the App Store release pipeline and manage the native iOS app architecture and quality standards
- Mentor the team, set technical standards, and drive the mobile roadmap for future development
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining native iOS apps that handle real money or sensitive financial data
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with a strong understanding of modern concurrency and UI performance
- Demonstrated ability to create visually excellent, pixel-perfect apps, collaborating closely with designers
- Experience integrating various SDKs relevant to money apps, including passkeys and KYC solutions
- Comfortable managing a large existing iOS codebase and setting technical direction
