Senior iOS Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support mobile application projects, the contract Senior iOS Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI, while also contributing to Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-quality iOS applications using modern Apple frameworks
- Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions across both iOS and Android platforms
- Participate in all aspects of engineering projects, including technical planning, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional iOS development experience with significant recent work in Swift
- Hands-on experience developing native applications for both iOS and Android, including recent work with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Strong knowledge of the current iOS SDK, Xcode, and mobile application lifecycle management
- Ability to navigate and contribute to both iOS and Android codebases effectively
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating mobile applications with backend services
