Senior IT Agile Project Manager
Job Summary
Owning the delivery of multiple concurrent ServiceNow initiatives, the full-time Senior IT Agile Project Manager will manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, managing scope, schedules, and risks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery momentum across teams and stakeholders
- Provide concise reporting on project health, risks, and delivery progress to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management or related technology delivery roles
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and managing complex technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar Agile project management tools
