Senior IT Analyst - Epic Certified
Job Summary
Supporting Epic Ambulatory and specialty applications, the full-time Senior IT Analyst - Epic Certified will design, optimize, and implement electronic workflows for clinicians, ensuring safe and efficient patient care in a primarily remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support Epic Ambulatory, Beacon, and/or Phoenix applications and assist clinicians in their use
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions, including data and process flows
- Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Epic functionality to enhance patient care and user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in Epic analyst build and support
- Epic Ambulatory certification is required
- Experience with Epic Beacon or Phoenix certification and oncology or infusion workflows is highly valued
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience leading Epic implementations or major initiatives
