Senior IT Associate
Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support, the full-time Senior IT Associate will serve as a resource for Tier 2 and selected Tier 3 issues, mentor IT Associates, and assist with system projects while working in the Providence, RI office with some remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users
- Mentor IT Associates and provide troubleshooting guidance without formal supervisory responsibility
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications, managing user access and device configurations
Required qualifications:
- Four or more years of IT support experience, with at least two years in advanced Tier 2 troubleshooting
- Strong experience with Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, and remote-access tools
- Ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions effectively
- Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Intune, Azure, or AWS is preferred
