Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting strategic enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior IT Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, process analysis, and implementation support for projects focused on Contract Lifecycle Management or Payroll Transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define business and system requirements and facilitate workshops
- Analyze current-state processes and identify improvements, creating supporting documentation such as business requirements and process maps
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist with data migration and reconciliation efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or related role
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and working with third-party vendors
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data mapping, validation, and system integrations
- Experience coordinating testing, including UAT and defect management
