Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Specialty Lines team, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will collaborate with business and technology partners to manage systems that drive business outcomes, with options for hybrid or fully remote work arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners and IT colleagues to clarify business problems, outcomes, and project scope
• Provide technical expertise and support across Specialty Lines and Infrastructure technology business units
• Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements while mentoring team members and leading small to medium projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the insurance industry with a focus on Specialty Lines
• Experience with multiple project methodologies, including agile and waterfall
• Strong relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners
• Ability to apply analytical techniques to resolve complex business issues
