Job Summary
Collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the BPN Salesforce Platform team in enhancing healthcare operations through remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop solutions by leveraging technology and creating project specifications based on business requirements
- Manage the prioritization of enhancement requests and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Design and administer comprehensive testing plans and user training for applications and systems
Required qualifications

- General knowledge of information technology and healthcare
