Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise business transformation and automation, the remote Senior IT Business Analyst will lead discovery sessions, analyze current processes, and facilitate future-state design across Finance, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition while collaborating with implementation vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate future-state design and drive standardization across business units
- Author functional and technical design documentation and develop test plans for automation solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or enterprise systems delivery
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems delivery
- Experience with ERP, HCM, and Talent Acquisition platforms
- Demonstrated ability to document current-state processes and design future-state processes
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration and organizational changes
