Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise initiatives, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, create functional user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business needs analysis sessions to document solution requirements and user stories through stakeholder collaboration
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for new functionalities or regulatory updates while identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and support backlog prioritization in partnership with business stakeholders and delivery teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or business-facing solution delivery
- 5+ years of experience in designing, delivering, and maintaining solutions
- Experience working in a completely remote organization is a plus
- Experience in the Health Insurance or Supply Chain industries is a plus
