Senior IT Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the analysis and optimization of IT-supported business processes, the full-time Senior IT Business Process Analyst will work in a hybrid remote environment to enhance operational efficiency through redesign, automation, and data analytics within a federal context.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, documentation, and optimization of complex IT-supported business processes at various organizational levels
- Evaluate and improve existing business processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
- Develop and implement process improvements utilizing automation and data-driven solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT business process analysis or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-departmental process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with ServiceNow for workflow and process automation
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics tools, such as Power BI and Power Automate
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information policy, or a related field
