Senior IT Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing and complex contracting initiatives, the remote Senior IT Contracts & Strategic Sourcing Manager will negotiate enterprise-wide supplier agreements and develop cost-saving strategies while collaborating with senior leaders across a major healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage complex hospital and enterprise-wide supplier agreements, ensuring timely completion and market-competitive rates
• Lead risk mitigation, market analysis, RFP evaluation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and execution
• Develop category, supplier, portfolio, and savings strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commercial contracting, or contract management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred
• Advanced understanding of contractual language addressing risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, complex contract negotiations, and supplier management
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
