Senior IT Engineer
Job Summary
Owning and evolving the internal IT systems, the full-time Senior IT Engineer will manage device provisioning, automate onboarding processes, and ensure secure infrastructure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Cherry's internal IT stack, including identity management, Google Workspace, and device management
- Design and automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes across all internal systems
- Act as the first responder for IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and access problems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and MDM tools
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms and incident management workflows
- Comfort with scripting or automation to streamline IT processes
- Experience supporting compliance audits such as SOC 2 or PCI-DSS
