Job Summary
Owning the automation processes for IT operations, the full-time Senior IT Engineer will manage onboarding, termination, and device logistics automation while working remotely to enhance workflow efficiency and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end automation of onboarding, termination, and device logistics, ensuring flow health and addressing failures
- Run the IT Workato workspace, managing recipes, connections, and error handling
- Develop and maintain runbooks, monitoring systems, and failure response protocols for critical IT flows
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Workato, Zapier, or Okta Workflows
- Proficiency in Python for automating business or IT processes, including REST API calls
- Experience in writing runbooks for process automation and troubleshooting
- Practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems engineering, or automation engineering
