Job Summary
Leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, the full-time Senior IT Engineer, IAM will enhance the Okta environment and expand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and AI-enabled workflows in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and improve Okta, including tenant configuration, policies, and lifecycle management
- Lead IAM initiatives from concept through rollout, including role-based access control and onboarding automation
- Design durable application integrations using identity protocols such as SAML and OIDC
Required qualifications
- Substantial experience in a technical IT role, particularly in IT engineering or systems administration
- Experience administering Okta or a comparable Identity Provider (IdP) in a production environment
- Familiarity with identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
- Proficiency in building integrations and automation using REST APIs and scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Git-based workflows, including Terraform
