Monitoring infrastructure components proactively, the full-time Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst will manage and control IT service demands, ensuring smooth operations and addressing production environment events while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure and application components to prevent business impacts
- Manage, execute, and control all IT service demands and operational processes
- Resolve and document events occurring in the production environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of Internet/Intranet and LAN/WAN networks
- Familiarity with Z/OS, TSO, JCL, and CICS concepts
- Understanding of DB2, VSAM, and Connect Direct resources
- Basic proficiency in Excel and EDI software concepts
