Senior IT Integrations Manager

Job Summary

Leading technology integration efforts for newly acquired accounting and professional services firms, the full-time Senior IT Integrations Manager will manage integrations from assessment through stabilization and standardization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned technology integrations end to end, from kickoff and assessment through stabilization and standardization
• Develop and manage integration roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and key milestones
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on integration progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technology projects, including significant experience supporting M&A integrations
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute complex technology integration roadmaps
• Strong project and program management capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
