Senior IT Manager
Job Summary
Leading a geographically distributed IT team, the full-time Senior IT Manager will manage network, security, and application support while driving innovation and continuous improvement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT project and support activities, ensuring efficient and timely execution
- Manage the IT team's mission and roadmap, including setting priorities and handling budget and vendor relationships
- Lead IT's involvement in M&A due diligence and technical integration as the business expands
Required qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of progressive IT experience with hands-on infrastructure, SRE, or application management
- Demonstrated experience managing hybrid environments, particularly with Azure and legacy systems
- Leadership experience in cybersecurity management and corporate governance activities
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security operations, and incident response
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
