Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading the IT function in a fully remote capacity, the Senior IT Manager will own the IT strategy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the technology roadmap while ensuring accountability and performance standards for managed service providers and other technology partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap, prioritizing investments and presenting tradeoffs to executive leadership
• Oversee relationships with managed service providers, defining SLAs and KPIs, and ensuring performance aligns with company standards
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with security standards and managing risk assessments and incident response plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of progressive IT experience, including 4 years in an IT management role with budget and vendor strategy responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with managed service providers, including defining SLAs and leading contract negotiations
• Broad technical knowledge across IT disciplines, including Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and ITIL processes
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce in a multi-site or multi-brand organization
