Senior IT Manager, Operations

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day Corporate IT operations, the full-time Senior IT Manager, Systems & Operations will serve as a hands-on technical administrator for Microsoft 365 and endpoint management while managing service providers and driving technical project delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational health of Corporate IT services and manage the Managed Service Provider
• Administer Microsoft Intune and manage compliance policies for Windows and macOS endpoints
• Act as a technical administrator for major corporate SaaS applications, including account management and SSO integration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate IT/systems administration experience
• 2+ years supervising IT operations or managing technical vendors
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Practical experience with SaaS application administration and lifecycle management
