Job Summary

Leading the transformation of IT operations, the remote Senior IT Operations Director will manage global corporate systems, optimize tools and processes, and implement AI solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Expertise in deploying artificial intelligence and automation within operational contexts
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases and negotiate with vendors
• Experience managing teams through structural changes while maintaining trust and morale
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to operate globally across various time zones
