Senior IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team across multiple locations, the full-time Senior IT Operations Manager will oversee daily IT operations, manage corporate security, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance employee technology experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations, ensuring support coverage and timely incident response across time zones
• Own the employee technology lifecycle, partnering with HR for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Direct corporate security operations, managing employee identities, endpoints, and incident response efforts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in IT operations or corporate IT, with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in a multi-location setting
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Okta, including identity management and automated user provisioning
• Experience with device management platforms and endpoint security for macOS and Windows
• Knowledge of office networking and conference-room AV technology
• Proven track record in leading incident response and managing security audits such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
