Job Summary

Experienced in global technology procurement, the full-time Senior IT Procurement Specialist will manage vendor selection, maintain commercial systems, and generate analytical reports while working remotely on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee vendor selection and maintain commercial systems, ensuring accurate data management
• Generate reports and conduct analyses to support strategic decision-making in procurement
• Develop and deploy best practice processes, tools, and guidelines for global procurement operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in global technology procurement, including hardware, software, and services
• 5+ years of experience working with executives and managing vendor relationships
• Proficiency with procurement tools such as Ariba, Sievo, and Hicx
• Preferred certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS)
