Senior IT Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading key enterprise initiatives in IT Operations and Service Desk modernization, the remote contract Senior IT Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance workflows, overhaul asset lifecycles, and expand infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning, risk tracking, and delivery of IT Operations and digital workplace initiatives
- Drive cross-functional ServiceNow projects optimizing onboarding, associate changes, and asset lifecycle management
- Facilitate collaboration across EUC, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise technology Project Management experience
- Active PMP Certification
- Hands-on proficiency in SAFe Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and vendor delivery management
- Local to the Framingham/Marlborough, MA area with flexibility for occasional onsite meetings
