Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst will execute end-to-end testing across the policy lifecycle, validate business requirements, and perform database validation testing to enhance the Commercial Lines Business Owner Policy (BOP) team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing across the policy lifecycle, including various transactions such as quote, bind, and renewal
• Validate underwriting rules and business decision logic against requirements and state regulations
• Identify and document defects while collaborating with developers and stakeholders for resolution

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
• Completion of a technical training program with at least 4 years of related experience may be accepted
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
