Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst will collaborate with the Billing Payments team to ensure system quality, clarify complex requirements, and execute various testing processes, including mainframe and functional testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and analysts to clarify requirements and uphold system quality
• Execute testing processes, including mainframe, functional, and batch testing
• Analyze and implement business system changes and user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes
• Completion of a technical training program with at least 4 years of related experience may be accepted
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of software QA practices, including manual and risk-based testing
• Experience in testing billing or payment systems, particularly for credit card payments
