Senior IT Quality Engineer
Job Summary
Driving quality engineering initiatives across complex software solutions, the full-time Senior IT Quality Engineer will independently manage testing processes, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-performing software solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans and cases based on requirements and specifications
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, and performance to ensure software reliability
- Lead the implementation of comprehensive test strategies and optimize advanced automation frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in software testing and/or engineering
- Proven ability to lead and mentor Quality Engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of advanced test automation frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with scripting languages and industry-standard automation tools
