Senior IT Security Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation of cybersecurity capabilities in operational technology environments, the full-time Senior IT Security Analyst will manage OT cybersecurity initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments
- Conduct OT security assessments and drive remediation activities to enhance security controls
- Provide technical guidance and support for OT cybersecurity awareness and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology disciplines
- Experience in regulated environments with strong quality, safety, or compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate technical risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
