Senior IT Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Senior IT Systems Administrator for a full-time remote position, who will manage the deployment and maintenance of AI tools and infrastructure while also handling traditional IT system administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and lifecycle management of AI solutions, including managing integrations and stakeholder communications
- Administer UserTesting's IT systems and SaaS toolset, ensuring effective onboarding, access management, and lifecycle reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and improve AI tool adoption across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems as a system administrator
- Hands-on experience with Okta Workflows, Google Workspace Administration, and MDM platforms
- Familiarity with MCP server setup, AI agent deployment, and AI feature configuration within enterprise SaaS tools
- Proficiency in scripting and automation technologies such as Python and/or Bash
- Ability to work in a Kanban-style environment and mentor IT support staff on ITSM practices
