Job Summary
To support critical healthcare technology, the full-time Senior IT Systems Administrator will manage and support cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, identity management systems, and security operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer AWS environments, including monitoring, provisioning, and maintenance of cloud resources
- Oversee identity and access management, including user provisioning, SSO integrations, and privileged access management
- Manage networking operations, including VPN configurations, firewall administration, and network troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with AWS and Azure/Entra identity management
- Strong background in systems administration, particularly with Windows environments
- Experience in networking administration and security compliance operations
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as PagerDuty, Freshdesk, and GitHub
- Ability to handle Tier 2/3 escalations and provide on-call support as needed
