Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time Senior IT Systems Engineer will design, build, and improve internal systems while focusing on automation, integrations, and enterprise platform enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the administration and improvement of enterprise platforms, ensuring security and usability
• Design and maintain automated workflows and integrations that enhance employee self-service
• Partner with IT Operations to resolve complex escalations and implement scalable improvements

Required qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant IT systems engineering experience or equivalent technical ownership
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, AWS, and Slack
• Experience in building and maintaining automated workflows using APIs or scripting
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex issues using logs and command-line tools
• Sound judgment regarding data security, access controls, and change management processes
