Senior IT Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer for a remote contract position, the candidate will focus on SAS Grid administration, managing SAS environments on Windows and Linux, developing documentation, and handling incident management and user support.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support SAS environments, performing system health checks, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including installation guides and operational runbooks
- Manage production incidents and service requests, providing user support and coordinating with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with operating system hardware and software components in a large IT environment
