Senior IT Technical Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior IT Technical Analyst specializing in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC, the candidate will administer, configure, and support JD Edwards environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective ERP infrastructure solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments, including installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Utilize ITIL methodology to manage incidents, changes, and service requests within JDE environments
• Lead CNC-related projects and collaborate with various teams to optimize system performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in JD Edwards architecture, package management, and system lifecycle management
• Proven experience in security administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of JD Edwards environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• Strong skills in documentation and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required
