Senior IT Training Lead
Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of technical training initiatives, the full-time remote Senior IT Training Lead will assess workforce capabilities, create training curricula, and ensure alignment with enterprise modernization and operational priorities for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical workforce assessments to identify skill gaps and establish role-based competency models
- Design and maintain comprehensive training schedules and learning paths aligned with technological updates and mission priorities
- Coordinate training delivery methods and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training outcomes for IT personnel
Required qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Current ITIL certification
