Senior ITOM Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior ITOM Engineer with deep expertise in IBM/Rocket ITOM report management tooling, the contract position will manage report setup, configuration, and distribution data entry services within a large-scale enterprise infrastructure, operating remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the IBM/Rocket ITOM report management platform, including system configuration and user access provisioning
- Perform Product Admin report setup, defining report parameters, scheduling, and output routing
- Troubleshoot report generation failures and collaborate with infrastructure operations teams to align reporting outputs with SLA and KPI requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with IBM/Rocket ITOM report management tools
- Demonstrated experience performing Product Admin functions including report setup and maintenance
- Proficiency in IBM/Rocket ITOM platform administration and configuration
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-client managed services environments
- Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation or IBM Certified Administrator preferred
