Senior Java Developer
Job Summary
Joining a team of engineers and developers, the full-time Senior Java Web Application Developer will design, build, test, and maintain web applications for the Department of Defense, working remotely while ensuring compliance with software security requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide full-stack web applications that support operational requirements
- Document and validate web application requirements, and develop automated tests
- Participate in software design discussions and aid in refactoring existing web applications
Required qualifications:
- US Citizen with an active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years or Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack web applications
- 8+ years of experience with web UI components including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (NodeJS), and Angular
- 2+ years of experience designing and building RESTful web services
