Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Java Web Application Developer to work remotely, who will design, build, test, and maintain web applications for the Department of Defense, ensuring compliance with security requirements and supporting operational needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of developers to create full-stack web applications that meet operational requirements
• Document and validate web application requirements while developing automated tests aligned with test plans
• Provide architectural design support and assist in refactoring existing applications to enhance features and performance

Required qualifications:

• US Citizen with an active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack web applications
• 8+ years of experience with web UI components including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (NodeJS), and Angular
• 4+ years of experience designing and building RESTful web services
