Senior Java Developer
Job Summary
A company in the information technology industry is looking for a Senior Java Developer.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of Humana Pharmacy applications
- Develop full-stack development tools and technologies and troubleshoot business and production issues
- Participate in design and code reviews, adhere to Test Driven Development (TDD)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- 10+ years of Java full stack software development on web and client/server solutions, 6+ years of experience with Java, JEE, JSP, jQuery, spring, Spring Boot (Micro services), Rest Services, Spring JPA, REST, JSON, JUnit, JavaScript, and XML
- 5+ years of experience working with J2EE Framework components and 4+ years of experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
- Deep understanding of developing Web-services, HTML UI, CSS and JavaScript
- Understanding of Containerization concepts
