Senior Java Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Senior Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy multi-tier web applications, create RESTful APIs, and utilize AWS services for application reliability and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-tier, distributed web applications in an enterprise environment
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth integration with development teams
- Utilize NoSQL databases for effective data management and optimize low-latency service APIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer with exposure to AWS and Kubernetes
- Strong programming skills in Advanced Java (Java 11) and experience with REST-based web services
- Proficiency in Java Microservices, Spring frameworks, and Apache Kafka
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases like Cassandra
