Senior JavaScript Engineer
Job Summary
Owning features end-to-end, the full-time Senior JavaScript Engineer will design and evolve TypeScript services for personalized replenishment and subscription offers, contributing to both back-end and React-based front-end development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver serverless TypeScript services on AWS Lambda, backed by MySQL and Prisma ORM
- Work within a multi-disciplined product engineering team to rapidly deliver high-quality software across subscription and billing systems
- Support the Customer Success team by maintaining the live production system and participating in architectural discussions
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of senior-level experience with JavaScript across multiple frameworks
- Extensive experience designing REST APIs for third-party platform integration
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, strong typing, and SOLID principles
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, particularly with MySQL
- Proficiency in React, including component implementation and state management
