Job Summary
As a full-time Senior KYC Compliance Associate, the successful candidate will manage KYC onboarding, conduct ongoing due diligence, and perform enhanced due diligence reviews for individual and institutional customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Independently perform KYC onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews while managing workload to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Assess complex customer information and make well-supported, risk-based decisions, escalating concerns as necessary
- Support junior analysts through guidance and feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve KYC challenges
Required qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of US KYC requirements, including customer identification and ongoing due diligence
- Experience independently performing KYC reviews and documenting risk-based decisions
- Ability to provide practical guidance and support to junior analysts
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across various teams
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools relevant to KYC processes
