Job Summary
To support a growing demand generation organization, the full-time Senior KYC Use-Case Lead will manage KYC use cases, develop compelling narratives for customer onboarding and compliance processes, and engage with partners and stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into business value, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define the KYC use-case family, including customer onboarding and identity assurance
- Develop technical and commercial narratives that address market trends and measurable business outcomes
- Create thought leadership content and deliver domain expertise through various engagement formats, including workshops and presentations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in KYC, customer onboarding, or related fields
- Deep practical expertise in KYC, customer verification, and compliance processes
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into commercial narratives and measurable outcomes
- Experience creating thought leadership and executive presentations
- Strong mentoring and collaboration skills to support Content & Enablement Specialists
