Senior Labor Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with various stakeholders, the remote Senior Labor Operations Analyst will ensure the operational implementation of union-related initiatives, focusing on defining labor requirements, supporting solution design, and driving execution plans within the Global People Operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Labor Relations, Legal, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to clarify labor-related requirements and support operational planning
- Collaborate with technical teams to align requirements with existing systems and workflows
- Develop and maintain implementation plans while coordinating with cross-functional partners to support labor-related initiatives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Labor Operations, People Operations, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience using HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge or experience supporting unionized environments or collective bargaining agreement implementations
- Experience creating or maintaining operational documentation, including process maps and workflows
