Senior Labor Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the organization's lead representative in labor relations matters, the full-time Senior Labor Relations Specialist will manage collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and union engagement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first-chair negotiator in union contract negotiations, developing strategies and proposals in collaboration with executive leadership
• Serve as lead representative in grievance hearings and arbitration proceedings, preparing case files and presenting arguments
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives, acting as the primary point of contact for labor relations issues

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated first-chair experience in collective bargaining
• Progressive labor relations experience
• Deep expertise in labor law and negotiation strategy
• Experience managing complex labor relations cases independently
• Ability to provide strategic advisory insights to executive leadership
