Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Launch Manager, the successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of client implementation projects from initial sales hand-off to successful launch, acting as a trusted advisor while managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable value to clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful launches
• Serve as a consultant and project manager, aligning internal and external teams throughout the implementation process
• Translate the deployment of Glia's tools into measurable ROI for clients, effectively communicating value to executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing SaaS or enterprise-level client implementations
• Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security
• Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and a background in technical consultancy
