Working the evening shift, the full-time Senior Law Enforcement Specialist will review and label content, escalate imminent-risk cases, and provide guidance to Junior Specialists while ensuring quality assurance and smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Review and label content, flagging imminent-risk cases for escalation
- Serve as the primary resource for edge cases and escalations from Junior Specialists
- Support the development and quality assurance of the Junior Specialists through feedback and training
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
- Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime
- Experience reviewing violent content or credible threats
- Proven experience in mentoring, training, or leading others
- Ability to commit to a fixed evening schedule
