Job Summary
Working overnight from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM ET, the full-time Senior Law Enforcement Specialist will review and label content, manage escalations from Junior Specialists, and ensure quality assurance while supporting a team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and label content, flagging imminent-risk cases for escalation
- Serve as the primary resource for edge cases and escalations from Junior Specialists
- Support quality assurance through spot checks, calibration, and feedback for the team
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
- Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime
- Experience reviewing violent content or credible threats
- Experience mentoring or leading others
- Ability to commit to a fixed evening schedule
