Senior Lead Deployment Engineer
Job Summary
To drive enterprise-scale AI solutions, the remote Senior Lead Deployment Engineer will design AI-native architectures, establish governance frameworks, and lead AI transformation initiatives while collaborating with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AI-native enterprise architectures for large transformation programs and develop knowledge orchestration frameworks
- Define governance models for agentic AI systems, including policies for autonomy and decision-making
- Lead client architecture workshops and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory AI requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 8 to 15 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Enterprise Architecture or AI Architecture roles
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions
- Strong experience working directly with executive stakeholders and client architecture boards
- Expertise in AI governance, compliance, and regulated decision-making systems
